What to Expect
- Property Walkthrough: We conduct a comprehensive walkthrough of your estate alongside you, ensuring a highly accurate assessment of the assets requiring relocation.
- Needs Assessment: We evaluate your specific logistical requirements, identifying opportunities for bespoke concierge services such as premium packing, estate liquidation, property repairs, or utility coordination.
- Timeframe: Designed to respect your schedule, this strategic overview typically requires just 30 to 60 minutes, tailored to the scale of your property and the complexity of your inventory.
- Comparing Estimates: With your approval, we share your inventory with at least three independent moving companies from our network so you can compare their written estimates. You choose your mover and contract with them directly.
Seamless Virtual Options
For out-of-state clients, managing Realtors, or those with restricted availability, we offer seamless virtual consultations and secure visual surveys via Zoom to ensure your transition planning proceeds without interruption.
Independent Moving Company Partners
We work with independent local and domestic moving companies and help you compare their written estimates. Each moving company contracts with you directly, performs your move, and bills you directly. Luxury Moving Solutions does not transport household goods. Before you sign with any mover, ask to see their current license and insurance.
Packing & 3rd Party Crating
We coordinate complete to partial professional packing, as well as 3rd-party services to safely disassemble, crate, and prepare specialty items for transport.

- Specialty Preparation: Large Mirrors, Statues, Slate Pool Tables, and Exercise Equipment.

- Heavy & Complex Items: Vehicles, Pianos, Grandfather Clocks, Hot Tubs, and Washer/Dryer disconnection & drum securing.

We partner with amazing companies for in-home or online estate liquidations. We also coordinate haul-away services and donation drop-offs for any remaining property.

We recommend reputable, bondable repair professionals and oversee appointments on-site. We also assist in getting essential utilities, internet, and cable hooked up or shut off.

Garrett Newcombe began taking over ownership of Luxury Moving Solutions in 2022 after over 15 years in the transportation and delivery business. He has a very broad understanding of what is required for shipments to arrive safely and in a timely manner, and has a deep passion for customer service.

I am a father to three amazing daughters and three very spoiled dogs. I am a huge Jeep enthusiast and enjoy exploring the Colorado mountains in my ever cherished Wrangler. I am a devoted Denver Bronco and Colorado Avalanche fan! I graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor degree in Business Management and also hold a degree in Multimedia and Design.
